Property Management

Rent Guarantee
We are aware that the most important issue is that you actually receive your rent each month. Excellent tenants through no fault of their own may face difficult times, suffering redundancy, sickness or accident. All of these beyond the control of any agent. Our aim is to provide you with a secure rental income which is why we have extended our Management Service to include the Rent Guarantee Scheme. The Policy covers rent arrears during the first 6 months of the tenancy and includes all legal expenses relating to gaining vacant possession.
Property inspections
Once your tenant has settled into the property we will carry out an initial inspection at the end of the first month. This ensures that the tenant is aware that we will actually inspect the property regularly. Thereafter we will carry out inspections every quarter. You will be updated after the inspection and a condition report will be placed on file.
Repairs and Maintenance
It is necessary throughout the duration of a tenancy for repairs to be carried out from time to time. Endrick Property have approved contractors including Plumbers, Joiners , Electricians who will carry out a necessary repairs. Should you wish to use your own contractors this is perfectly acceptable and this would be discussed prior to you signing our Agency Agreement.
