Register your details with us, and you will be included in our database to receive alerts and communications regarding properties that match your criteria.

Reserving a property

Should you wish to reserve a property we will supply you with the relevant referencing forms for completion. This process usually takes 2/3 days. During this time you can place a holding deposit on the property, however should you decide not to proceed or should you not be accepted as a tenant then this deposit is non refundable.

Moving in

You will be notified as soon as the referencing procedure has been completed.  Prior to commencing the Tenancy we will require 6 weeks deposit (returnable at the end of the Tenancy providing all aspects of the Lease Agreement are adhered to) together with the first months rent in advance. Thereafter your rent will be payable on a per calendar month basis.

Your lease agreement

You will sign a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement at the beginning of the Tenancy. This will cover a period of 6 months. If you are looking to let for a longer period you will be required to renew the Lease every 6 months (by mutual agreement with the Landlord).

Repairs and maintenance

A 24hr contact number is provided for any emergency repairs/problems. All other repairs and maintenance are carried out at a mutually convenient time.

Moving out

We will ensure that the deposit is returned to you within 14 days subject to all conditions of your Lease Agreement being adhered to. You will be required to inform us of your new address prior to deposit being returned.
